Develop Software for Research
In this computer age, research projects often incorporate software, from data collection, processing, analysis and presentation.
The Research Software Development (RSD) team supports software development for researchers. The RSD team can help scope and cost software development components of grants and research projects, develop and deliver these components. They can support research software developers through planning assistance, best practices and development patterns to help small and medium-sized software development projects, keep them on schedule, and advise on how best to deliver support after release. The RSD team can update and maintain existing developed software systems and connect researchers with other knowledgeable software and IT specialists on campus where greater expertise may be available.
