The Office provides a series of Tenure/Permanence Track sessions for faculty.
The Office provides a series of 7 in-demand workshops each year, for all chairs/directors and chair administrators
There is also a Peer Mentoring Program, which each Dean nominating 2 'new' chairs
The Office is working to expand offerings, such as Mitacs and My Pitch
