AMCTO (The Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario) is a membership organization for professionals working in municipal governance. AMCTO provides training and professional development, advocacy, and leadership for municipal professionals.

The website for Elections Canada provides all kinds of resources on federal electoral law and administration, historical data and reports on past elections and campaign financing, as well as employment opportunities for those interested to participate in the federal election process. ·

Elections Ontario is an independent office of the Legislative Assembly of Ontario responsible for the administration of provincial elections and referendums. Use the toolbar to access many resources including historical elections data and reports.

IFES is a global, nonpartisan organization that collaborates with civil society, public institutions, and the private sector to build resilient democracies that deliver for everyone. As a global leader in the promotion and protection of democracy, it works in countries around the world offering technical assistance and applied research to help electoral bodies conduct credible elections. Notable projects:

  • ElectionAccess - ElectionAccess serves as a global clearinghouse of resources related to political participation and disability rights.
  • ElectionGuide - ElectionGuide is a comprehensive and timely source of election information. It covers national elections around the world, including snap elections and referenda, providing verified information on key electoral data points.

MASS LBP works with public sector, not-for-profit, and business clients to better involve the public, stakeholders, or members in difficult decisions, planning or policy-making processes. As a full-service firm, we do this by implementing well-designed engagement campaigns comprised of facilitated events, workshops, surveys, interviews, and other activities. Our work is different because of its focus on deliberation, representation, and the strong connection between engagement and organizational strategy. We provide deliberation services, strategies that involve stakeholders in meaningful ways, and creative projects that animate the public sphere. We have led more than 45 Reference Panels and Citizens’ Assemblies contributing approximately 55,000 volunteer hours to policy-making in Canada — making MASS internationally recognized for its work in public deliberation.
