Access to ArcGIS Software
Request an Individual Account
To request an ArcGIS account for yourself, please complete the ArcGIS Software Request Form.
Request Accounts for a Class
To request accounts for a class or large group, please contact GIS Services with your course list containing the first and last names and McMaster email addresses for each student.
Please note, for bulk account creation it's best to organize this during a class session to ensure all students are able to activate and log in to their accounts. This will limit confusion or account issues in future.
Requests are completed during regular business hours Monday to Friday and will not be addressed on weekends or holidays. Someone will respond to your request as soon as possible, typically within 1-2 business days.
Terms of Use
The ArcGIS Software is restricted to teaching, learning, and scholarly research at McMaster only. It is not to be used for personal or commercial gain or external employment purposes.
